Order Processing

All orders are received, fulfilled and shipped from our head office in Los Angeles, California.

It typically takes 1 - 2 business days for orders to process and leave our warehouse.

Orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days within the USA.

Processing times do not account for weekends or holidays. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. We offer a number of shipping options that can be selected at checkout.

Because we ship directly from our head office in the United States, we are able to keep shipping times to a minimum and offer exceptional customer support in Pacific time.

We are happy to offer free ground shipping on orders over $200 and a flat rate of $10.00 for orders below $200 within the United States via USPS and UPS. Orders typically arrive within 1 to 5 business days from the time they are shipped.
